At J2 Licensing, customer service is our highest priority. Should you have any questions, contact us and we will address your concern as soon as possible. For questions sent via email, please allow 48 hours for a response before resending your question.

RETURNS POLICY:

You may return or exchange items (excluding custom shirts) purchased at J2licensing.com within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your order. Please contact us for return authorization before sending your order back to us. Your account will be credited for the price of the items only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. In order to receive a refund, the items must be in good condition and shirts must be unwashed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Contact us at for return authorization.

  2. Once you have obtained return authorization, send the items to

    Include a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining what you would like (refund, exchange for different size, etc.) USPS mail is probably the easiest way to send the items back to us.

  3. We will issue a refund to your credit card or paypal account or send your replacement items as soon as possible.
